About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Income Portfolio within Service Delivery. This role will involve contributing to continuously improving our income support systems, making them easier to understand and navigate, while ensuring fair, consistent, accurate, and timely support is provided to New Zealanders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Senior Business Analyst within an Agile delivery team
- Analyse and understand business needs, translating them into fit-for-purpose user stories and requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Assist in designing business process or systems, to capture business requirements and problem definitions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within an Agile delivery environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into user stories and requirements, with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and succinctly to a range of audiences
