Fund & Investment Operations Analyst, Senior Associate Job Summary:

This is a senior role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of trade management. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of investment and fund operations, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify process improvements.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund & Investment Operations Analyst, Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Global Middle Office Operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring that all trades are executed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes overseeing outsourced providers and managing settlement activity in-house.

  • Analyzing cash flow, transaction, and portfolio holdings data
  • Identifying and resolving complex fund and investment operational issues
  • Leading process improvements efforts and recommending solutions

In this role, you will serve as an escalation point to resolve technical issues and maintain communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues. You will also oversee daily operations, manage controls, and verify completion of processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the research and implementation of complex process improvements
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines and ensure high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years related work experience and one year industry experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred
