We have a unique opportunity for a skilled Site Development Manager to join our team.

You will be based in Wellington and travel to various sites across the North Island to scope and complete supplier/contractor reviews.

Your primary focus will be on delivering refurbishment projects and working closely with our Built Structures team.

You will need to have at least 10 years of relevant experience in practical delivery of construction/refurbishment work.

A licensed building practitioner or quantity surveyor background is highly desirable.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and developing contractor quotes and proposed methodologies.
  • You will deliver value for money outcomes through your technical expertise.
  • You will provide construction/advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will manage suppliers and contractors effectively.
  • You will have proficient knowledge of building codes, seismic, cultural, heritage, health & safety, and other industry-related legislation.
  • You will be able to work in a dynamic environment and deliver creative cost-effective solutions.
  • You will have strong prioritisation and project management skills.
