Irrigation Network Technician

In this challenging and diverse role as an Irrigation Network Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Rubicon Water's products at customer sites across New Zealand and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out field installation, repair and maintenance of various Rubicon products.
- Undertake fault diagnosis, testing, maintenance and modification as required to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Follow instructions from designated Project Managers.
- Liaise with customers to discuss incident concerns or complaints, instigating corrective actions where required.
You will work closely with our international teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to our global customer base.
Requirements include an electrical background and experience with SCADA, PLC systems, Radio and Telemetry systems. Strong time management, organisational, and relationship-building skills are also essential.
