About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary Mental Health teams at Capital & Coast District Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric services to our local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for clients with mental health conditions
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and carers
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

About You:

  • You hold Fellowship of the RANZCP or equivalent and are able to register for specialist registration with the MCNZ
  • You have relevant training and experience in psychiatric services
  • You possess a current driver's license
