Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrician with experience in renewable energy systems to join our team as a Renewable Energy Technician with HVAC Experience.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of renewable energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and EV charging stations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain renewable energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and EV charging stations.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with renewable energy systems, including electrical, mechanical, or software faults.
  3. Develop repair plans based on the nature and extent of the repairs required and order necessary parts and equipment to complete the repairs.
  4. Work with clients from conceptualisation to completion of renewable energy systems.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes and regulations, including health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • A valid electrician's licence or certification.
  • Full drivers licence.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and help other people.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
  • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts, willingness to learn and ability to work in a young and dynamic culture experiencing rapid growth.
