We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to support the 3PL warehousing operation of one of our customer contracts in the automotive industry at Mangere East. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and control processes.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and coordinating inventory processes, systems, and reporting
  2. Liaising with customers on inventory issues, reporting, and adjustments
  3. Identifying discrepancies, conducting investigations, and preparing reports
  4. Coordinating annual, cyclical, and ad-hoc stocktaking processes
  5. Analysing inventory velocity to identify fast- and slow-moving stock, and making recommendations
  6. Planning for and implementing new inventory into the operation

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong MS Excel skills to populate, manipulate, and understand data
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
