**The Warehouse Team Member Role:**

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our team at our customer service desk. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, process returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help supervise the Checkout area as required.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help supervise the Checkout area as required.

**Requirements:*

  • Experience in retail or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours:**

This is a part-time position covering the following shifts:

Wednesday: 4pm to 12:30am

Thursday: 4pm to 12:30am
