**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary or Legal Assistant to join our client's team. This role involves working closely with experienced Solicitors, providing support across a diverse caseload of matters.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Diary and Time Management: Assist fee earners with their diaries and time management.
  • Drafting and Preparing Documents: Draft and prepare various legal documents, including contracts, briefs, agreements, and other correspondence.
  • Case Management: Manage case files, including administration and filing.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, building strong relationships.
  • Document Review: Review documents and contracts thoroughly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties related to legal matters.
