We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecologist & Environmental Engineer to join our clients expanding team in Hamilton. As a key member of our Ecology/Environmental team, you will lead initiatives to support diverse land development projects and expand our Ecology/Environmental capabilities across the Waikato region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct environmental project assessments and provide ecological evaluations and assessments for consent applications.
  • Manage ecological fieldwork and prepare necessary designs.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering and CPEng accreditation with 5+ years' experience.
  • Proficiency in Sediment and Erosion Control methods.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Valid NZ Driver's license.
