About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Property Repairs Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet recognised industry standards. Your skills and knowledge in trade disciplines will enable you to undertake various tasks, including minor repairs, maintenance, and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Perform minor repairs, such as plumbing, joinery, and plastering
- Maintain properties to a high standard, ensuring they are safe and habitable
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a 'right-first-time' ethos
- Operate ICT hardware and systems effectively

Requirements:
- Relevant trade skills and knowledge
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and agile approach to work
- Commitment to achieving high standards of performance and customer satisfaction

Benefits:
