Operations Manager Required

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to handle the full operations of our transport business. This is a permanent position requiring the candidate to manage the business operations, work with other staff, and ensure the successful execution of company goals.

To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant qualification at diploma level or higher, or at least two years of experience in a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and multitask. Experience in truck operating and knowledge of transport company management are also desirable.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for handling initial communications, allocating resources, liaising with professionals and staff, creating reports, communicating with external parties, financial management, ordering products, HR duties, and staff management. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be adaptable and flexible, and have a strong customer service focus.

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary range of $35-$36 per hour. Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. The working hours will be 30-40 hours per week.
