Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert diabetes care, including phlebotomy, medication titration, and tailored care plans

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and nurse prescriber/practitioner qualification
  • Proven experience in diabetes care, including medication titration and phlebotomy
  • Strong cultural competence, particularly in working with diverse communities
