Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Coordinator to join our Brand Engagement team and contribute to our dynamic social media strategy. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our People & Culture team to develop and implement effective employer branding initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating, editing, and refining social media content, collaborating with team members to generate Employee Generated Content, and maintaining accurate records of published content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Employer Branding Strategy: Assist in designing and refining the social media strategy for ZURU Group's employer brand.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop and produce high-quality organic TikTok content and content across other channels (primarily Instagram & LinkedIn) that showcases ZURU's unique employer branding proposition.
  • Edit and Refine Content: Enhance the visuals, pacing, and narrative of provided content to ensure alignment with our brand's innovative tone and high standards.
  • Publish and Track Content: Upload finalised content to social media channels, ensuring optimisation for engagement and impact across platforms, and maintain accurate records of published content.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with various teams to feature a range of content and encourage Employee Generated Content.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with social media trends and advise on incorporating them into our content for a fresh and engaging feed.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks across all published content, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's visual guidelines and employer value proposition.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Content Editor or similar role, preferably within a brand, agency, or social media team environment.
  • Creative Tools: Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and a keen eye for social-media-friendly content.
  • Social Media Expertise: A thorough understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok) and familiarity with content best practices for each.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and track multiple content pieces, deadlines, and updates.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to sharing ideas and supporting team goals.
  • Confidence: Comfortable featuring in the social media content and approaching and encouraging other team members to feature.
  • Creative Mindset: Bring creative and trending ideas of how to bring ZURU Group's employer brand to life.
