Role Overview

We are seeking a Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our Instep Wellbeing Consultancy team, working closely with employers and employees to create safer, more supportive workplaces and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic support to employees accessing counselling or psychological services through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Assess immediate needs and risks using our proven framework
  • Coordinate appointments with our network of professional providers
  • Liaise with employers, clients, and service providers, managing relationships while maintaining confidentiality
  • Arrange support for critical incidents or on-site needs
  • Keep accurate records of every interaction in our secure case management system
Requirements
  • Qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Social Services, or a related customer service background
  • Experience in case management or coordinating client services
  • Confidence and compassion when supporting people in distress
  • Tech-savviness and strong administrative skills
  • A calm, professional approach under pressure
