This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of leisure facilities in New Zealand. As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our facilities and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential maintenance issues and take proactive steps to prevent downtime.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and extend the life of equipment and assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize business operations.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs and maintenance as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance or technical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desirable Qualifications: Trade qualification, Pool management experience and/or relevant qualification.
