About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Real Time Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team in Hamilton. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for producing and executing staffing plans to create a balance between service quality and operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 6 months. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customer care teams are adequately staffed to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Use forecast and staffing data to efficiently and effectively pre-plan staffing assignments for equitable service outcomes.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor real-time data to quickly identify deviations to forecasted workloads and performance, taking immediate action to maintain service performance targets.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends in individual performance to highlight to stakeholders.
  • Schedule Management: Accurately maintain schedules for payroll accuracy and to assist with the accurate calculation of staffing requirements.
  • Training Needs: Identify and raise training needs to maintain a suitably multiskilled workforce that can pivot to changing workload needs.

You will have:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a real-time analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
