As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic group of experienced managers and leads who oversee day-to-day operations.

Job Overview

The Harvest Supervisor plays a pivotal role in our leadership team's success, ensuring efficient harvest and pack shed operations.

Responsibilities include assessing harvest readiness, forecasting product availability, communicating with the production manager, and maintaining facility cleanliness and organization.

A strong understanding of food safety protocols is essential for this position.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude throughout long days of physical, repetitive work in all weather conditions.
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities and conditions, and help out where needed.
