About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at James Wattie Retirement Village. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for baking and cooking a wide selection of cabinet food to delight our residents and guests. You will also provide an excellent food and beverage service in the cafe for residents, relatives and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Bake and cook a variety of sweet and savory treats
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in baking and cookery
- A barista qualification and proven reliability
- The ability to work independently to a high standard
- Great customer service skills and strong empathy
