Records Control Administrator

**Responsibilities and Requirements**
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing archiving processes for all departments as required. They will collaborate with various departments to gather and incorporate feedback into documents. Additionally, they will research and suggest an efficient centralised document management system within our existing SharePoint environment for easy access and retrieval.
They will also review and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance. The candidate will provide input into selection and maintenance of any programs, apps, or systems, in so far as they relate to document control. Furthermore, they will provide training and support to staff on document control procedures as required.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of SharePoint to manage and control documents stored in SharePoint. A Bachelor's degree in business, administration, information management, or similar is required. Proven 3 years' experience in document development and control is essential. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Knowledge of ISO standards and regulations related to document control is necessary.
