">About the Role
">This 0.2 FTE position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of our adult mental health services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our Service Manager, General Manager, and Clinical Director to provide professional leadership and strategic guidance.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Provide clinical leadership across General Adult Community, Intensive Care Team, Dual Disability, and Kaipara Community Team">
- Work in partnership with the Service Manager to develop and implement service plans that meet community, service, and organisational objectives">
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, service development co-design, and outcome measures through your membership on the clinical governance forum">
- Support the development of a robust clinical governance structure within the service">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have or be eligible for specialist (or locum tenens) registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand in a Psychiatry vocational scope of practice.
">What We Offer
">In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, contribute to improving services, and access leadership development opportunities.
