Role Description

This position requires a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring security cameras to identify potential security breaches
  2. Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor to deter potential incidents
  3. Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
  4. Uploading events to our crime reporting platform for accurate incident tracking

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
