About the Role

The Senior Clinical Lead will play a key role in shaping best practices and ensuring high standards of care at our medium-sized aged care facilities. As a clinical leader, you will inspire and mentor your team, overseeing the strategic and operational success of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to RNs and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and families to deliver holistic care
  • Mentor and develop clinical teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Work closely with colleagues to foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and teamwork

What You'll Bring

  • NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally 5+ years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve clinical outcomes
  • Experience in aged care or residential services preferred
