Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Communications Advisor to drive creative and impactful communications across our organization and subsidiaries. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with passionate teams to craft engaging content, shape key messages, and bring our mission to life.

Your Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic communications plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, staff, media, and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive communication efforts.
• Create and curate high-quality content for various channels, including digital platforms, media releases, and internal communications.
• Manage multiple deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven background in communications or media, with expertise in content creation, media relations, and digital platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, staff, media, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and project coordination skills, managing multiple deadlines effectively.
• Tertiary qualification in communications or media (or equivalent experience) and a full NZ driver's license.
