About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of driven retailers and overseeing day-to-day operations in our top-performing store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations and contribute to driving business growth through sales and KPI-driven initiatives.


Responsibilities
  1. Support the Store Manager in leading a team of driven retailers.
  2. Oversee people management and contribute to employee development and motivation.
  3. Be second in charge of the day-to-day runnings of the store, including leading the store on Sundays and Mondays in the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in an outlet or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead by example.
  • Efficient time management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a timely manner.
