About the Role:

This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the effective functioning of Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub and the Health New Zealand services. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring service standards are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

You will also be required to work closely with stakeholders to ensure that Health NZ outpatient services delivered from Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub are run in a way which best supports the health needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administration of Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub and Health New Zealand services
  • Ensure service standards are met and complaints are resolved promptly
  • Work with stakeholders to develop strategies that promote the health needs of the community
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse Manager and other teams to provide support and ensure seamless operations
  • Develop relationships with key partners to realise the vision of providing wraparound care that benefits Māori, Pasifika and low-income whānau

About You:

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have three or more years of administration experience and have experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.

You will be highly motivated, able to work independently as well as lead a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
