We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Clover Health, where we're transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes with innovative technology. Our primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant, has helped improve plan performance and clinical outcomes for Medicare members through AI-driven solutions.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with other engineers, data scientists, healthcare professionals, and product managers to build tools that make a real difference in people's lives. Your expertise in full-stack engineering will be instrumental in shaping our development practices and ensuring the quality of our systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Commit to simplifying the complexities of healthcare by building scalable systems that multiply human efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies to solve complex problems and drive our goals forward.
  • Collaborate with the team to define and maintain best-in-class development practices, including writing tests and documenting key implementations.
  • Work with Product Managers and operational staff to conceptualize new features and drive their implementation.
