About the Role
The Child Development Service is a community-based team of allied health professionals dedicated to improving the health outcomes of children with developmental delays or disabilities. This role encompasses all children with orthopaedic needs. As a Clinical Coordinator in Paediatric Orthopaedic Physiotherapy, you will coordinate clinical activities and provide direct clinical care. Key responsibilities include managing clinical caseloads, supervising staff, supporting service and policy development, and participating in quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical caseload and deliver healthcare services
  • Provide professional leadership and expert clinical advice
  • Set targets and support data gathering and reporting
  • Participate in service and policy development
  • Educate and train staff
  • Review performance metrics and implement quality improvements

About You
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with expertise in paediatric orthopaedics and the desire to lead a team. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate physiotherapy assessment, goal setting, and intervention knowledge, as well as experience in serial casting and orthotics prescription. A minimum of 5 years of clinical work experience in Paediatric and/or Orthopaedic Physiotherapy is required.
