You are at the heart of the hotel, where every moment matters. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will take ownership of our team, daily targets, and ensure that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space and a memorable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting our team to achieve daily targets.
  • Inspecting all assigned guest rooms to Accor standard.
  • Cleaning of guest rooms and/or public areas.
  • Taking initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests.
  • Taking ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.

What We Offer

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and excellent personal presentation.
  • Excellent use of initiative and drive.
  • Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Able to work a rotating roster over 7 days a week, including public holidays.
