  • Monitor security cameras to prevent theft and ensure staff and customer safety
  • Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor to deter potential incidents
  • Interact with customers, addressing their concerns and providing assistance
  • Upload events to our crime reporting platform for incident tracking

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail or hospitality, is beneficial but not required
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and stay calm under pressure
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are desirable
