We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant/Sterilisation Assistant to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinicians during various dental procedures and ensuring best practice standards are upheld.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for tasks such as sterilisation and infection control, ensuring all instruments and equipment are processed and sterilised following best practice guidelines.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to assist clinicians during dental procedures, greet patients, review their medical history, and provide patient education and support.
- Assist clinicians during dental procedures, such as taking X-rays, sterilising instruments, and preparing materials.
- Greet patients, review their medical history and answer any questions they may have
- Provide patient care and education, such as teaching them proper oral hygiene techniques.
