Your Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Reporting and Data Insights Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering insights (historical, real-time, and predictive) to support service delivery across the business.
  • Designing stunning Power BI dashboards and uncovering hidden patterns in data.
  • Collaborating with our regional teams to create solutions that make their day easier.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, and data visualization.

  • Proficiency in SQL and cloud services (Azure or AWS).
  • A degree in Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear terms.
