Spacecraft Operations Specialist Job Summary:">

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of space-related projects, including spacecraft operations, ground systems, and mission planning.

As a Spacecraft Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the global spacecraft operations team, ensuring the health and safety of Rocket Lab's growing fleet of spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Support the global spacecraft operations team in maintaining the health and safety of Rocket Lab's growing fleet of spacecraft
  • Ensure mission objectives and service level agreements are met across diverse missions including LEO on-orbit manufacturing to deep space/interplanetary missions
Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as aerospace engineering or computer science
  • Strong understanding of spacecraft operations, including launch, deployment, and orbital maintenance
  • Experience with ground systems, spacecraft command control, and data handling
