Fine Jewellery Sales Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Cullen Jewellery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, promoting our brand's values, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them select the perfect piece of fine jewellery.
  • Jewellery Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our fine jewellery collection, including rare diamonds and precious stones.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote Cullen Jewellery's brand values and commitment to sustainability, highlighting our unique selling points and competitive advantages.
  • Showroom Management: Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it remains clean, organised, and welcoming to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, participate in training sessions, and contribute to the development of new initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the premium jewellery industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Deep understanding of fine jewellery, including its history, craftsmanship, and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time roster, including evenings and weekends.
