**Key Responsibilities**

Supporting the Section Head in the operational performance of the laboratory.

Carrying out procedures accurately and efficiently according to protocols.

Providing consistently high-quality service to patients and healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**

Registration or eligibility for registration as a Medical Laboratory Scientist with the New Zealand Medical Sciences Council.

Experience in Histology, including special stains and immunohistochemistry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
