About the Role:
As a Construction Project Coordinator at Skycity, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple complex construction projects from initial concept stage through to commercialisation and follow up post launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects across a diverse range of capital development projects.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, critical path management, and solid contract administration with tight realisation phases.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and direct and maintain those relationships.
  • Faultless attention to detail and sustained follow-through will be essential to your success in this position.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has previously managed complex construction projects sized at $4m - $20m. Industry experience relating to hospitality, entertainment, or retail is preferred. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of construction and its legal framework, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
