Job Description

The Site Manager will play a critical role in driving business success by overseeing the operational aspects of the plant, managing a high-performing team, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large-scale manufacturing operation, leveraging your experience in food, pharmaceutical, or packaging industries.
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing principles and practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute effective strategies to ensure EHSR compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Coach and mentor your team to achieve world-class performance and growth.
