Golf Recruitment Central is excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Golf Course Superintendent to join our team at Templeton Golf Club.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, ensuring it remains in exceptional condition for our members and visitors.

You will lead a team of greenkeepers and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in golf course maintenance, with a strong understanding of modern sports turf management methodologies and commercial irrigation systems.

Able to work independently, the successful candidate will also possess excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:
• The preparation and maintenance of the golf course and its surrounds.
• Supervision, leadership, and training of greenkeeping and maintenance staff.
• Maintenance of all greenkeeping plant and machinery.
• Purchasing of soils, seeds, manures, sprays, and other goods as required.
• New construction on the course and new developments.
• Setting benchmark standards and supervising technical work.
• Working within established guidelines.
