About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Supervisor to oversee project delivery and manage site operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • You will work closely with the QS to identify efficiencies, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct site meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of project delivery to ensure completion on time and to quality standards
  • Management of site operations, coordinating subcontractors and labour effectively
  • Cost monitoring and identification of efficiencies
  • Health and safety regulation compliance and industry best practices
  • Site meetings and defect resolution

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and best practices
