At Centro, we are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for providing trade skills, knowledge, and experience to undertake carpentry work in a safe and timely manner.

Skill Requirements
  • We are looking for someone with demonstrated carpentry competency and familiarity with construction procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform various tasks, including site setup, framing, steel tying, concrete work, drywall installation, cladding, window installation, and door hanging.
  • Precision is key in this role, as you will need to ensure accurate work at varying heights and levels while maintaining structural alignment.
  • You will also be proficiently operating tools such as nail guns, skill saws, electric drills, grinders, and drop saws.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is essential, as is the ability to maintain a clean and safe worksite following health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read plans and specs for material requirements, dimensions, and installation procedures is also required.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Must be able to provide a certificate of employment supporting the work experience.
  • Good level of English communication is essential.
