About the Job

The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily operations and the performance of catering team members. They will ensure all tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services, and general support are performed with due regard for Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely ordering of stock.
