This role requires a capable and responsible person to receive information, evaluate the situation, and initiate our incident response service. A key part of the role is ensuring that multiple parties are kept informed throughout the incident, whether coordinating information during a major event or advising customers of the actions taken to resolve a complaint.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conflict resolution, excel in administrative tasks, and be confident using multiple systems simultaneously. They will also be able to prioritize workloads, be attentive to detail, and accurate in their work.

This is a dynamic role that offers opportunities to work closely with officers and stakeholders around environmental issues. You will be triaging events, sending officers to investigate, contacting people to gather further details of the event, and supporting the officers with administrative tasks.
