The Role: This position involves building relationships and driving business growth. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for expanding the client portfolio and maintaining existing clients. You will identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, provide product solutions, deliver demonstrations, and offer training.
Key Responsibilities include developing successful client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, managing key accounts, understanding client needs, providing technical advice, setting targets, and performing general administrative tasks.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have solid experience in sales or account management, preferably in the agricultural industry. Excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and natural talent for relationship building are essential. Additionally, you must have strong organizational and self-management skills, attention to detail, and comfort with technical information.
