Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in New Zealand. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with a strong background in large-scale construction project delivery. You will be responsible for managing projects through the project lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage projects through the project lifecycle
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Monitor project progress against pre-determined targets
  • Report to stakeholders and handover to Operations on completion of a project

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience delivering large-scale, complex contracts with successful commercial outcomes
  • Proven experience managing multiple work streams and subcontractors
  • BE, or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, and/or a recognised Project Management Qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in budget control & forecasting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
