Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating a team of cleaners to complete tasks to the highest standards
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor quality of work and address issues
- Providing coaching, training, and support to the cleaning team to continuously improve performance
- Liaising with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction with services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to cleaning schedules, timesheets, and inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or facilities services industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- A keen eye for detail and ability to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met
