In this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in driving research initiatives and managing digital product development at Only Human. As a Research & Project Lead, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, researchers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and user requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating discussions, stakeholder workshops, and usability studies across cross-functional teams
  • Supporting the CIO in tracking research deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Managing research documentation and compliance reporting
  • Contributing to risk management by implementing RAID logs
  • Presenting research findings, reports, and data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Supporting and coordinating finance and resource allocation

This is a full-time fixed-term role for 24 months, offering flexibility with a 4-day workweek option. The possibility of converting to a permanent position exists upon completion of the fixed term.
