**Job Summary**

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants in Kenepuru Village. As a key member of our village community, you will provide high-quality personal care to our residents, assisting with daily needs such as showering, meals, toileting, and other tasks outlined in individual care plans.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide personal care to residents under the guidance of the Registered Nurse
  • Foster respectful and supportive relationships with residents and their families
  • Assist in delivering activity programs tailored to residents' needs
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

**Requirements**

  • Achievement of Level 4 (Health and Wellbeing)
  • At least 8 years of experience in aged care may be acceptable
  • A team player who collaborates effectively to support residents
  • Genuine interest in working with older people
  • Empathy, kindness, patience, and emotional resilience for challenging situations

**What We Offer**

  • An enthusiastic and supportive team that is fun to be part of
  • $27.73 - $29.95 per hour based on your experience and/or qualifications
  • Weekend rates of an additional 40 percent of the hourly rate
