  • You will conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
  • Identify and advise on materials, fixtures, and finishes that meet their aesthetic goals and functional needs.
  • Develop and present design concepts, providing accurate quotations based on agreed layout plans and drawings.
  • Manage paperwork from creating client orders to handling procurement processes.
  • Liaise with project managers, installers, and suppliers to ensure product specifications and timeframes are met.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status and provide exceptional after-sales service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with industry-standard design tools is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced computer skills.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • A flexible can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
