Salary and Benefits

  • $120,000 to $150,000 per annum based on experience
  • Minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Regional travel between centres

Job Description

\

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to our residents, overseeing the treatment and care planning of residents with complex health problems, and creating links with DHB specialist services.

\

You will also provide professional supervision and mentoring to RNs, lead clinical quality improvement programmes, and monitor case records.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong commitment to providing clinical excellence, special interest in gerontology, and natural clinical leadership skills.

\

You must be registered with the Nursing Council in the Nurse Practitioner Scope of Practice with a valid practising certificate and be willing to travel regularly between assigned facilities in the region.
