The working hours for this role are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Dental Practice Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your key responsibilities include:
- Reception Duties: You will work reception duties, interacting with patients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your team with clarity and positivity, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, management, and maintaining the practice's efficiency.
- Patient-Centric Care: Address patient inquiries and ensure exceptional care to uphold our practice's reputation for excellence.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and billing processes efficiently, maintaining the practice's financial stability.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our clinicians and support team to achieve practice goals and enhance patient experiences.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management position, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback.

- The ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
- An understanding of business principles, including budgets, sales targets, utilization, and profit/loss statements.
- Candidates should have confidence with technology and an aptitude to learn new systems.
